Refund Application Period

You can apply for a refund within 14 days after receiving the goods. Your application will not be processed after 14 days.

Refund Conditions

The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Accessories and gifts must also be returned.
Special orders, customized products and clearance items are not refundable.
Refund Process

Customer service will respond to you within 24 hours and provide a return address and further instructions.
Please package the goods properly to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product, damaged goods), we will bear all shipping costs. If the return is due to other reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

Refund Time

Once we receive the return and confirm the item is in good condition, you will be notified of the refund process. The refund will be returned to the original payment account within 3-5 business days.
